Zip short life

Lately my zip battery was dying every 3-4 weeks, now it has completely died, tried to contact fit bit but only could through Twitter which I don’t have. Any suggestions?

Great help @SunsetRunner! Welcome to the Community @Bjlutmer75! Before contacting Support you can check a couple of things. First, please make sure that your app is up to date (for iOS and for Android). 

 

Also, check that the inside spring of your Zip isn't bent. Follow @vomitofthemind's post to fix your Zip's inside spring. Finally, follow these tips to fix your syncing issues
