The app doesn’t want to sync my steps?

I reinstalled the app, checked for updates, shut down my phone.... it doesn’t seem to find my zip.

argh!

Yes. Mine work great for last 5 years then suddenly crazy for last month.  Battery drain. Trouble syncing either doesn't count steps or way off.
