The app didn't show the correct minutes in this past few days and today show nothing. Can you tell me how to correct the situation. Also the apps show battery low and back to normal on and off even after I replaced a brand new battery in it

@Winghone Welcome to the Community! Sometimes the Zip will experience these types of issues when the replacement battery isn't properly inserted. I recommend checking out our recent post for instructions to help reinsert your Zip's battery.
If the issue persists, restarting your tracker is a great next step.
