This was working fine until earlier today. On the zip, when I tap it, it shows the time, but futher taps don't do anything (can't see steps, calories, etc.). And sometimes it takes 2 or 3 taps to get it to show the time.
On my phone, it will sync, but there are no steps recorded.
Is there a known solution?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @fred44! I found weird that your Fitbit Zip is not responding to taps. However, I'd try restarting your tracker. If the issue persists, I'd verify if your tracker's battery is making good contact. You can fix that inconvenience with these troubleshooting steps.
