Fitbit no longer responding normally, thinking of trying the Apple Watch

I've been a Fitbit zip user for many years. I've had my Fitbit replaced a couple times because it has stopped working. I just bought a new pack of batteries to see if the battery was the problem but it was not. I called customer service and they said my warranty is invalid so now I'm thinking of switching to the Apple Watch. Has anyone tried one?

Im having the same problem it reset itself on the 31 at 2pm and its way off now

Havent tried an AW, have you checked to make sure that the contacts havent been bent. Especially the side one, this is common with many devices that use button cell batteries.
