Bought my mom a fitbit zip for christmas, and it's already not working. She woke up and the screen looked like this. Its counting accurately, which is displayed on the app, but what's the point of having a device if she can't see it on her? This is the second fitbit device I've purchased that has had problems, and "restarting " has not solved any of the issues.. but to be safe I changed the battery and restarted it multiple times. Still looks like this.

Hi, @jenniejenjennie! I would suggest either going back to the store you bought it from if it's local or contacting Fitbit Support and they should be able to get her back up and running with a new tracker.
