Have you been shocked by your fit bit zip?

I took my fit bit zip off of my pants today and felt a shap stabbing pain after I saw a flash of light and now my eye is swollen and painful...has anyone else had this experience?  I am quite concerned.

@lauraotr We certainly wouldn't expect your Zip to be capable of shocking you, or affecting your eye in this way. I'd recommend contacting a physician so that they can help you out.

If you do notice unexpected behavior with your tracker, please contact our Support Team at https://contact.fitbit.com so that we can investigate.
