Hello fellow Bitters
I recently purchased a Zip for the sole purpose of tracking my runs/walks on my treadmill. That's all. I attach the Zip to me when I am on the treadie; however, I do not think the reading is accurate because I believe the Zip is counting the calories burned mixed with my BMR. I do not need the info on my BMR. So, how can I use the Zip to find out just how much calories were burned on a run, and the distance ran?
Thanks guys.

There is no way to turn off BMR at this time.
However, what you *can* do, is create an activity record when you work out. Then, simply look at your activity calories for your calories burned.
You can create an activity record on the website here:

Thank you for your speedy reply! Does doing this require the use of GPS or access to data/wifi?
