How do I sinc my zip with my friends?

The trackers can be linked to one account at a time, best to not share the tracker (while using yourself to) as that will mess up the accuracy of calories burned.. 

For best accuracy, the trackers are designed to wear all day.. except when needing to  change batteries, taking a shower..

I think what you are asking is about adding your freinds so you can see them on your dashboard.

If you have there email you can invite them that way. Or you can send them a link to your profile so they can friend you that way
