I have just brought a new battery for my Zip and it doesn't work

I have tried two different types of CR2025 battery in my Zip and it hasn't reponded either time. I have tried Energiser and Panasonic. I have read all that I can on Fitbit community but it doesn't work for me.

I did the same thing, now it appears to be logging and working properly. We will see. It appears that the zip might need something else to make the battery tighter to touch the contact points. I terrible shooted with the instructions given by the site, those didn't work. Making it fit tighter might have solved the problem.

@Teri1426 Have you checked the tips provided by @Rich_Laue and @Odyssey13 in this thread? I've also found a great troubleshooting tip from @immortalis, please check it out and let me know how it goes.
