Now after being unable to change my step goal I've just had this pop up... What a load of rubbish...
I was hoping the Fitbit would be better than the Jawbone but it seems fitness tracking technology isn't all that!

A warm welcome to our new friend @blueyama! Thanks for joining us! I'd like to know if you were able to change your step goal? If you were not able to do it please do the following:
1. Log into your Fitbit Dashboard.
2. Go to the Activity Goals tile and put the cursor at the bottom of the tile and click the gear icon as shown in this picture.
3. There you can change your steps, calories, kms, and active minutes daily or weekly goal.
4. After doing the changes, please click on "Done.
Also, to get the most out of your battery, make sure your Zip is on the latest version. You can check for an update here. Sometimes the side spring may be bent as a result of improper battery insertion or pressure being applied to the back housing. Please verify that there is proper contact between the battery and the battery contacts inside your Zip tracker. You can do this by opening the battery door of your Zip, removing your battery, and ensuring that the silver battery tab located in the lower right half of your tracker is flush with the white box outline in the tracker housing. The process can be followed here.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
