Low battery symbol and no signal

My Fitbit Zip does not show any low battery symbol, but when I upload my steps on to dashboard site, it shows the battery life almost dead, in red.  Why no signal on the Fitbit itself?

Did you try to change the battery? First thing I would of done.

Moving to Zip forum now as this has nothing to do with the dashboard

Cheek out this tread to make sure you are changing the battery correctly

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart
