Fitbit bought September on Ebay no longer works, despite change of battery.  Is there any support from Fitbit?  The seller tells me it is under warranty and to claim from them.

How do I claim?  the Telephone number just gives online site.

Hi @swanmg  the warranty is good for the original purchaser of the device and eBay is not an authorized retailer. The Zip was actually retired several years ago and is no longer being made by Fitbit. The warranty would be over this many years later. What's happening with your Zip?

I went online with Fitbit chat and was asked about the connection. That was when I realised that the baby sticker needed to come off. No problem now.
