My Fitbit Zip hasn't synced for three days.

The battery in my Zip is fine and the dongle is in its usual place in my PC, but my Zip hasn't synced for three days. Is there a way to force a sync? Is there a reason why it's not syncing? Thanks.

Hi @Silvergate  Fitbit removed the ability to sync via computers a while back. You need a compatible tablet or smartphone in order to sync your device.

Mine synced. Computer was too unreliable and I needed the port so just used my phone instead about 1 year ago.  It syncs fine but I have to down swipe a few times to get it to work.
