My Fitbit Zip just died (has a new battery). Any way to revive it?

My beloved Fitbit Zip just went dead.  Nothing at all in the window.  Just blank.  I recently installed a new battery, and it was working fine, until it wasn't.  Any ideas about how to revive it?  I've taken the battery out and replaced it several times.  Tested the new battery (it tested very good).  Any other ideas?  Thanks.
