My zip Fitbit is not working for a week now

Try restarting the zip by taking out the battery, waiting for 10 seconds, then putting the battery back in.

Awesome help @SteveH! Welcome to the Forums @Fantaiye! Adding to what @SteveH said, make sure that your CR2025 battery is properly placed with the (+) plus sing facing you.

 Also, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. You can check out the process in this post by @vomitofthemind
