Ever since I replaced my battery my fitbit doesn't work.  Any ideas?

THANK YOU!!!!  Your suggestion about the tiny battery terminal on the lower inside was my problem!  I had dropped my Fitbit Zip and could not get it to restart - even with new battery. Not even a scratch on it but seemed to be dead. Another person posted a suggestion to press in the battery without the back on and when doing that I could see that the screen display came on!!!  But it didn't stay on (with back piece reinserted) until I very slightly pulled out that metal terminal. Then I could put the back on again and it is working perfectly and can now resync.

There is a little wire like connection in the back at the edge, that you can pull out, which would create a better contact for the battery.  This may be the issue, since this is one of the terminal connections.
