My zip isn’t working well

WHY didn’t you tell people you were not making Zips anymore?  I have been trying to buy a new one and even you web site stores just sells them in gray only in 3 pieces and not the box kit anymore.  I am extremely dissatisfied.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, sorry you feel that way about the fact that we don't have the Fitbit Zip on sale any more. This model was very useful but we have other options with more features now. You can check the different trackers here. What is going on with your Zip? Have you tried to troubleshoot it?

If you're interested in receiving your warranty option I can request a new case for you.

I had no idea Zips were not being made anymore. Sad to hear as my almost 3 year old one is starting to give me trouble. Guess I will resort to a pedometer. Sorry , but I do not want or need some giant thing on my wrist that keeps track of everything in my life. Just want to know how much I'm walking. Too bad. 😒

Order a new one now!!!! My friend went on the fit bit site and ordered a black one and got it. I did too and am now wearing it. They are only making black ones and you get the entire kit for $59 just like before. It’s on the very last thing on the Fit Bit site!
