I lost my fitbit zip this past Sunday right after buying a new battery 😞
I ordered a new zip and got it today.
First time it's telling me I need an update and it's brand new...
It wouldn't update via phone. I took out battery, waited, tried numerous times.
Tried via laptop as well. It won't update. Tried the battery thing. Sometimes it'll start and then say it didn't work - most times the update won't even start.
Now it's not even going blank after the usual 30 seconds.
I tried everything suggested in other posts to no avail.
Had my previous one for over a year with no issues. I'm completely frustrated at this point.
Can anyone help?
