Not keeping correct time and now erased my steps

I posted a few days ago as my Zip was running slow on time, eventually being an hour behind when I sinced it 12 hours after my last sync.  No answer, but my post may have gotten lost in all the shuffle.  Today, I noticed my Zip was an hour Ahead? (or 11 hours behind?).  I had synced at around 10ish, I think the night before.  I synced around 11 am today again and it reset the clock and erased all the steps I had done this morning!!!  Any help on what is happening?  I need my Zip for work for the insurance.

Hello, I'm having the same issue--incorrect time and not syncing correctly. I took out the battery (and left it out overnight), but it didn't correct the time. I tried to sync it just before it showed midnight, and my phone says it synced, but it wouldn't show me the steps. My weekly report showed only 4000 steps!

I'm having the same problem. The time is off by about 7 hours, and it isn't syncing correctly. I took the battery out (and left it out overnight), but it didn't fix the time. I synced it right before the new "midnight", but it didn't show the steps. My weekly report showed that I only had 4000 steps! I almost do that by lunch!

I've had this problem too.  My Zip also starts at 5.86. I've tried restarting but it doesn't help.

Sounds like my Zip exactly. Need to tap it numerous times to wake it, and then I get the "5.86" and faces. Sometimes the time has been correct, but by later in the day it is way off. Then my steps were erased. Help!
