I stopped receiving notifications and my weekly summary in December. I have searched the Help forum, and followed all the "solutions," set and reset my notification settings, changed my email, and set and reset again, but I'm still not getting anything. I'm at a loss about what to do next.

My weekly summary magically appeared in my email this morning after not working for 2 months. Don't know if someone from FitBit did something behind the scenes as a result of my post, or if it is just a huge coincedence, but problem solved - for now. Thanks.
