Mine stopped synching with my phone about a week ago. I got it to synch with a laptop but it wasn't complete. Skipped some days and no active minutes. I've taken out the battery, updated the app, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, restarted the phone. If I try to directly pair the Bluetooth with the zip I get a message that the zip declined the pairing.

I forgot to add that I used the laptop because the time was wrong on my Zip. I hoped that the time difference had caused the synch issue with my phone. The time is correct now but it won't synch.
