Old Zip died, trying to add my wife's old zip. How do I do that

My old Zip died. Wife's works but the code is lost, how do I add it to my account so that it will track?

Hi @HankWalks  you'd set it up as a new device on an existing account. The code is generated when you do the set up. here are directions (go half way down the page ) click

Actually I did figure it out myself. Found the app on my Laptop and
followed the instructions, delete the old one and then add the new one. No
issues as it's back to adding to my existing totals.

Did not want to lose over 10 years of steps and miles. Just short of 30,000
miles and 65,000,000 steps.

Way to go @HankWalks ! A friend of mine has been using the Zip for eight years, I think. The Zip was such a popular little Fitbit and so easy to keep it going. Glad you're still stepping!
