Ok folks and mods, I just watched a YouTube video briefly and tried this - while holding the Zip in one hand and the "tool" in the other, insert the "tool" into the slot and turn the Zip clockwise while simultaneously turning the "tool" counterclockwise. It did take some strength and pressure, but the back finally came off. Hallelujia!
