I've walked at least 25 sets of stairs today (focused on achieving the badge!!) But the badge hasn't loaded.

I'm afraid the zip doesn't tracks stairs like some other fitbits - it doesn't have the necessary sensor.

A warm welcome to our new friend @MrsShelts! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley HappyI totally agree with @SteveH's post. The Fitbit Zip doesn't track floors cause it doesn't have an altimeter. You can compare our trackers to see each tracker's features here.
