Steps and calories haven't reset after battery change

Hi, I read a bunch of different solutions to this problem before posting this, and nothing seems to work. I changed the battery this morning before doing anything, and yesterday's step count and calorie count are still there. Distance is at 0.00, however. I tried resetting it several times, including putting the old battery back in. I changed the time zone and synced it several different times as well. I also logged the driving activity from midnight until now and it still has made no difference.

 

I was hoping to go out for a walk this morning but I've been sitting by my computer trying to figure this out instead! Hoping anyone can help! Thank you.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @RobVit. Your Zip should automatically reset your information every day at midnight. There is actually no option to manually reset your tracker. When you remove/change the battery, wait 10 seconds and put back the same or a new battery you are performing a restart. This procedure helps to resolve syncing and other related issues. In this case, it could be a good idea contacting the Support team for further investigation.
