I was doing really well today with my steps so after a walk was up to 19000 headed off to my zumba class and I usually add about 5000 steps. Even checked my Zip and said to my friend wow I have completed just over 24000 steps today. Got home and synched with my phone to find there are now only 19281 on my fitbit and the app. Where have the other steps gone and how can I get them back?

Thank you

@moonwalking Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is really strange! The Zip shouldn't be taking any steps from itself. I will recommend to perform a restart on your Zip. It should be working properly after doing this.

About the lost steps, you can try to manually log the activity and check if those steps are added.

Let me know how it goes!
