I have a new Kindle Fire HD & am struggling to sync my existing zip to it. When I try to pair new device, it says can't pair as 'incorrect pin or passkey' but I haven't been asked to type one in. Can anyone help please?

Hi @Nesss the Kindle Fire doesn't use a true Android operating system. It actually uses Amazon's own version of a system and you can't use your Fitbit with it. You'd need a compatible phone or tablet other than your Fire to get it to work. As for the pin or passkey, that happens when you try to pair it to the bluetooth. The Fitbit uses bluetooth, but it doesn't pair directly with it. The pairing is the email address/account and the Fitbit Zip. You have another way to set it up? Maybe a friend has something you can use?
