I got my new Fitbit yesterday at my doctors suggestion. I put the Fitbit app on my phone and synced it for me, but when I tried to sync it for him with Atlas for Fitbit it says the code as already been used. Can I only do it once? If so, can I change it so that he can see my info instead of me?

It's only possible to link the tracker to one account at a time. It may be possible to link a third party app which your doctor could be using.. to view your stats..

 

No clue how that would work, though feel free asking  your doctor.

Hey @cmdixon a warm welcome! At this time, Fitbit doesn't have an integration with Atlas, you can check our third party compatible apps to see if there's another one that accomodates your needs. 

 

I suggest visiting our Feature Request board and adding your suggestion about this integration, our development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.
