For all of those who have zips not syncing check the trackers and watches and check to see if your phone is the list of acceptable phones. I contacted live chat and found out that is what my problem is my phone isn't compatible anymore😠☠️😠😡 I can at least get it to sync once a day when I unpair my zip remove the battery and then reinstall it it will sync just that one time.

The problem is that all it takes for a compatible android phone to become incompatible is upgrading it to the latest version of android.
Fitbit hasn’t been able to fix this problem after first becoming aware of it a year ago. It’s no wonder that they’ve quietly abandoned the product and it’s customers.
Shame...
