Dear Fitbit Community,
Our health insurance for work allows us to get a discount on our premiums if we log 10k steps per a day. I recently upgraded from the Zip to the Charge HR. I wore both on day at work just to see how they both compared. The Charge HR on my non-dominant arm, and the Zip on my waistband. The Zip got me 11k steps while the Charge HR only got me 7k. Has anyone else had this problem?
My concern is to make sure I get 10k steps a day, otherwise is doesn't count for that day. If anyone else has some insights to this problem I would greatly appreciate it..

Do you carry alot of stuff or hold on to things?
The Charge needs to see the arms moving. So holding on and carrying things it will not record.
