Trouble syncing my zipi

Battery died and I replaced it. It won't sync. I went to the little triangle, bottom rt. of my computer, then right clicked the Fitbit icon. The top has "wireless sync dongle connected" but not in DARK print. Does that mean it's not reading the dongle? I've re-set dongle in dif port, with no difference. When I try to "sync now" it is looking for Fitbit Tracker- not my zip. My wife has a tracker- I've signed on with my s/n. It almost looks like it's trying to read her tracker...

Thanks for stopping by @WaltD! If you see "wireless sync dongle connected" means that your computer recognizes the dongle. Also, if your tracker is not syncing please follow this tips to solve syncing issues with your tracker

 

Regarding you wife's tracker, I have a couple of questions:

  • Are you using the same email address?
  •  What tracker is she using?
