I love my Fitbit Zip and weather it every day. It helps me with my 30 minutes of brisk exercise and I would be lost without it.. The problem is I have been unable to locate a FitBit Zip anywhere in the UK. I have even tried to order from Fitbit.com in the states without success. I walk with a stick so a device on the wrist is not suitable for me. I have been unable to locate a suitable alternative. It’s good to know that Fitbit are doing so well that they feel can afford to ignore the needs of some of their loyal customers. I don’t care what colour it is, I just want a new Fitbit Zip. Why on earth has it been discontinued.

Hi @A120anne, welcome to the Forums.
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Sorry to hear that you haven't found a Zip on UK. Did you check with any of our UK retailers? I noticed that our UK Store is already out of stuck. Zip was a very reliable tracker, I understand how you feel about not having this option. We're always working on having more options for our users.
I invite you to support these idea: New updated clip on tracker. Or post your own suggestion here.
You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
See you around.

My Fitbit zip straight up fell in half at the part where back and front meet for no reason and now literally nowhere in the UK is selling? I do not want a wrist version I only like the clip. When will they be available again?

I think you will find they have been discontinued and there will be not be any more stock. I managed to get a new fitbit zip (sealed box) from the well known uk selling/auctiion site. With a bit of patience, you should be able to get one for £50 or less plus postage. If in a hurry you could pay £80. Look at the recent sold prices. My old one is still going but got a spare while I can. Good Luck.
