Anyone know where I can order a replacement battery cover for a ZIP? There is no number on the website for ordering, only support operators who do not have a clue how to find a part. Trying to replace the battery the flimsy cover just broke in half and us useless now.

You won't get one from Fitbit - they don't sell parts for any of their trackers. Have you tried eBay?
