I need a new zip. Any ideas where or how I can purchase a new one?

Hi @David10605  since the Zip was discontinued, supplies at third party retailers have been sparse and very expensive. Fitbit only updates their devices for two years after they are retired and the Zip was retired at least four or five years ago. You can still find them on eBay or Amazon, but the prices are shocking. The Zip was originally $50, but if you're still looking, it could be three times the price with no guarantee it will work.

Is it possible you could try one of the styles which allows for the use of a clip? The Inspire 3 is one that can be used similarly to the Zip.
