I have bought a replacement fitbit zip will I lose data when adding it

Hi @SunnyCyprus when you're ready to swap to the new Zip, set it up as a replacement device on an existing account. It will ask you if you want to replace your current Zip, say yes. Once you've gotten the new Zip set up, you'll see your history is there and you'll continue to add to it. Just be sure you're using the same account and don't set up a new one. You'll be fine. I've done this many times over the years.

Thanks another quick question do I take the old dongle out of laptop and replace it with new one

I have just checked and I didn't need to change dongle an now set up but time saying it is 2.36 when it should read 15.36 so will try to sort that out. Thanks for your help

@SunnyCyprus you have another way to sync? As of October 13, 2022 the Windows app for computers was taken from us. You'll need a compatible phone or tablet with Android or iOS. The time will settle down after you sync a few times.
