Hi @danshell you can see the user manual and related help articles about the Zip here - click to go there. As for the time, it's set to be the same as the device you use to sync. You might need to remove the battery for a few seconds (called a restart)
That didn't work for me. My Zip lost an hour a few days ago and has not corrected. Tried the restart--did nothing!
@Spikechick check that the time zone on your phone is correct and the Fitbit app is set to auto.
