ZIP synced but device showing not paired on dashboard

I have Fit Bit installed on computer and this morning synced with my device, but on Dashboard shows no device paired or any updates from yesterday.

Thanks for stopping by @KELLEY0703! This sounds odd. Please try setting up your tracker as a new device. Also, please make sure that you are using the email account you used to register with the Community forums.

I just did this again this morning and everything showed synced then once again I go back to the Dashboard page and shows me "device not paired".  I have no clue what else to do.  I've installed the Fit Bit on my computer, set up  Bit again and this morning it worked then when I went back in to the Dashboard not paired again.  This is getting very frustrating.

Thanks for the reply @KELLEY0703! It sounds like you are using different email accounts. To make sure which one you are using, log out from your app and go to Fitbit.com/settings/profile to see the email you are using on your computer. I hope this helps.
