Received a replacement Zip and now can't synch it to my iphone. 

I already have a Charge HR synched and i removed my previous Zip. But now when i try to add the replacement Zip to my account - can't get past first page, thinking about it. 

Tried updating software both App & phone, bluetooth on/off, synching away from Charge device..Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SalRose. It's great to have you here. Sometimes the side spring may be bent as a result of improper battery insertion or pressure being applied to the back housing. Please verify that there is proper contact between the battery and the battery contacts inside your Zip tracker.

If so, then follow @Odyssey13's steps to set up your Fitbit Zip as a replacement device to your existing account. Whether you are still encountering problems please let me know if you are getting any error during the process.
