Hmmm, that's strange @CBradley4.
I was going to suggest putting it somewhere else as the vibration of any other device could make it pick up steps but it seems that's not the case. I'd recommend at this point restarting your tracker by removing the battery for about 10 seconds, put it back in and try it out the next night and see how it goes.
