Zip Sync Issue after Zip Reset and App uninstall and reinstall

Hi having checked other threads and attempting suggested fixes still no Luck.

I usually sync daily, however sometimes sync once/twice a week.

I have tried syncing for last 24hrs without Sucess, previous sync was 4 days ago now.

 

I have;

Took out battery to reset zip at least twice

Rebooted device (Samsung tablet) twice,

Switched off/on Bluetooth

Uninstalled and reinstalled fit bit App. 

 

Still saying tracker not found... Zip appears to be working fine, no battery issues no recording issues just sync.. 

 

Do not have app on phone etc

To add I have also checked blutooth/location/settings etc

@MrsAJH- You have tried all of the troubleshooting I would have suggested. At this point, I'd reach out to customer support to see what else can be done.

They suggested re adding as a new device but this has not been sucessful either.. 

Awaiting a response again.
