Zip & Charge HR not happy together

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had a Charge HR that I use without a problem.  I've now got a zip to use when I don't want to wear anything on my wrists.  I used the Charge HR for part of the day,  then switched to the Zip. I synced the Zip today but my dashboard doesnt include the steps I took with the zip last night.  It says it synced, and the Zip now shows the steps I took today (wearing the Charge HR).  Where are my steps from the zip last night?

@StephBit thanks for your question, I'll be happy to help here. Smiley Happy Well, this happened to me a while ago. In this case, please make sure that you're not wearing both your Charge HR and Zip at the same time as this will cause discrepancies when you attempt to sync.

What was happening to me, is that for example I used my Charge HR during the day and then would use my Surge to track my yoga workout. Even though I wasn't wearing them at the same time I was syncing them at the same time which caused steps reducing. So what I came up with is that I go to the other side of my house (make sure there are 15-20 ft between your two trackers) and sync separately.

I really hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
