Zip back door stuck

I too have the same issue. Haven’t been able to use for over a year

Common problem.
I had the same stuck battery door.
Heat the battery door with a hair dryer.
That has worked for many.

Welcome to the Forums @Cindyloi! Please let me know if @FreezeO advise worked on your case. Also, make sure that you are opening your Zip's back door as suggested:

    • Use the battery door tool to unlock the battery door.
    • Insert the tool into the slot on the back of the unit, and turn the door counterclockwise to remove it.

I have the same problem, and customer service cannot send a replacement part.  I am disgusted!

It is ridiculous!  The case is defective and should be replaced !
