My Fitbit Zip has been working fine and syncing. Today I got out of my car and the Fitbit popped out of the little case that was hooked on my pocket and fell on the ground. Now it has a black, jagged line on it and the display is gone. I took the battery out for a few minutes and put it back in. It is still "dead". Is this the end of my Fitbit Zip?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @cguchek! Sorry about what happened to your little friend.
At this point what you need to do is check the basic things in regards how to put the battery in the tracker, try a new battery, check the little metal pieces and wait for it to come back to life. I'll keep my finger crossed!
If this is not working we might have to check your options with our support team.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
