Zip has not counted steps for 3 days. How can I retrieve data?

If the zip has not counted the steps on its display then I'm afraid the data cannot be retrieved (as it was never there). If the steps were counting on the zip but were not syncing to your app then they should be recoverable as the zip can store up to 7 days of data between syncs.

 

I would try restarting your phone / computer and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.

If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
