Zip is not storing my data

Your Zip stores minute-by-minute data for 7 days and daily totals for 30 days. When you sync your Zip, its data is uploaded to your fitbit.com dashboard and securely stored on Fitbit's servers.

My Zip doesn’t store data for 30 days. Frequently it doesn’t even store it for 7 days. I only connect it with my app via Bluetooth once a week to conserve the battery but frequently lose all record of the steps.

Hi @DeniseCha  the Zip was discontinued, so all you can do is make sure it's firmware is up to date. Could be your Zip is getting older and the storage capacity is diminished. Are you able to sync more often? If you did challenges, you'd want to.
