Zip is not synching to my vitality

I have noticed that I am not showing any points posted to my vitality after June 30, 2017. When I try to synch my zip it tells me that it has successfully synched. I checked the dashboard but it tells me no device is linked. I know it is because I have been getting points since I started using the zip. What can I do?

My Fitbit Zip is not sending my steps to Vitality. I sync it, but it still doesn't send my step count (as displayed on my Fitbit Zip) over to Vitality. Is this a defect? What do I need to do to get these devices sync up and credit for my steps? I have missed many Challenges (extra points) because of this. It's very frustrating!
