Zip is tracking too many calories

So far today, my zip says I have burned almost 7,000 cslories.

High calorie count could be down to either incorrect step count or one of your settings is incorrect. If your steps look ok then check your age, height, weight etc at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile as these directly affect calorie calculation.
