My zip was telling me it had a low battery. It synced this morning at 10 and then it wouldnt' again (I was trying to save my steps). I gave up and changed the battery. I've tried 3 brand new CR2025 batteries. Zip is dead. What do I do now? Every once in awhile I see a flash of data, or 2 lines on the right hand side of the screen. But otherwise it doesn't work if I tap it.

I found another person asked a similar question and I followed the solution they were given - adjusted the spring in the back 🙂
