Zip not connecting or synching

My zip stopped synching with my Android smartphone but was synching on my iPad. I tried unpairing it from the phone and for days got a message that it couldn't because Fitbit.co was down for maintenance.  Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still didn't synching with my zip, so I unpaired the zip.  Phone couldn't find the zip to re-pair!  iPad found the zip but is not connecting!

Really aggravated with all of this!

@Jennla, unpairing it from the phone is a good step to try. To unpair you go to the phones Bluetooth settings screen and remove the tracker from there.

Removing the Zip from the app simply tells Fitbit i dont want to use it any more, and will never fix a sync issue. We have to fix tye non sync issue before we can attach the tracker to your account.

First lets unpair the tracker from the bluetooth of noth thr phone and ipad.

Now lets choose the ipad to setup the Zip as a new device. Once it is setup, and syncing through the ipad. It will also be setup on the phone.
